Bed and Breakfast

If we are full or you fancy staying on a Dairy Farm then we can recommend Michelle Davey at nearby Pitt Farm.Pitt Farm

Those of you who have been coming to Stoke Barton for a few years now, (and this is our 20th season !) will recall that we used to do Bed and Breakfast.   A few years ago we decided to stop because the Tearooms + Camping Meadows were getting busier and although this is a large house the children wouldn't leave home so we didn't have any rooms to let!

With the Tearooms now reverting back to what I originally intended them to be, which was afternoon tea + cakes in what I hope will be a more relaxing atmosphere, I have had more time to change things around indoors and create one very nice en-suite guest room. (and yes you've guessed it, the children are still here !)

Guest room is one double room with a lovely view of the Church and fields spreading across to the cliffs and the sea.  Facilities include tea/coffee, hairdrier, toiletries, clock radio, colour TV and a heater.   The adjoining large bathroom with shower has the same views.  Guests have their own private lounge/diner and weather permitting may use the walled garden for breakfast or just relaxing.

On arrival guests will be offered  complimentary afternoon tea and cakes. Breakfast is 8-30 - 10-00 and guests can choose either a traditional English breakfast or a continental breakfast consisting of fresh fruit / fruit salads - homemade bread + preserves - organic yoghurt - quality teas + coffees.

Newspapers packed lunches and taxis are all available to order.  All in all everything to make your stay here at Stoke Barton an enjoyable one.
