in a hotel, if you book for a certain number of nights then we
expect you to pay for all of them even if you decide to leave

(perhaps due to the weather).
It is necessary to do this as it is unlikely that
we will find a replacement booking at short notice.
However, we will provide a credit note for future visits (as
long as we are not full) of 50% of the outstanding amount if you
are rained off.
Please be aware that credit notes
are a good will gesture and are not exchangeable for cash. |
