Colin and Helen Davey invite you to visit Stoke Barton Farm and Campsite on the North Devon Coast.

Stoke Barton Farm is a working livestock and arable farm situated on the coastal path enjoying the spectacular coastal scenery of Hartland Quay near Hartland Point. Our family have farmed in this area for generations and we have farmed Stoke Barton for over 40 years. We aim to offer you a unique caravan and camping ground, with good facilities and plenty of peace and quiet, to enjoy this ‘off the beaten track’ and unspoilt area of coastal North Devon.

Stoke Barton is a registered Caravan and Camping Site with toilets and showers and with lots of space between pitches plus a number of electricity hookups. We hope that you find the information in this website interesting and if you have any queries or would like to make a booking please give us a call.

Stoke Barton Farm is situated on the coast of North Devon facing the Atlantic. It lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the South West Coastal Path. The farm, which covers over 500 acres, is a working livestock and arable farm. The flat camping fields overlook the sea and cover an area of over 12 acres which allows for plenty of space between caravans and tents. Colin tries to help people choose a pitch that suits their requirements, whether they prefer to be on their own or are joining others already here. There are 30 electricity hookups available as well as a new toilet block and a building for washing up with hot water. We are friendly and relaxed.  If you are interested in a seasonal pitch and/or winter storage please ring for details.

Please be aware that after 30 years Helen has decided to "hang up her teapot" and stop serving cream teas.

We offer a number of facilities to make your stay more enjoyable

Shower Block, toilets and washrooms. Laundry Room with washing machine and tumble drier

Purchase of replacement Gas bottles if available

Please note that for "Health and Safety" reasons we are having

difficulty getting gas deliveries especially the Butane 907 or 904 size.

Battery and phone charging facilities
Football field  Chemical toilet disposal.

We now offer a cleaning service for caravans.  People with caravans on site may ring and pre book their caravan to be cleaned either before they arrive or in between visits, inside or out, or both.

Note that the shop is closed this year due to Helen requiring surgery.

If you would like a campfire then firewood can be purchased from the farm but please bring a brazier to protect the grass. We do have a small number for hire, but not enough for everyone.

Finally, please note that this is a family oriented site. We do not take stag or hen groups and anyone causing annoyance to other campers will be asked to leave.  This includes the flying of drones on the campsite which have caused a lot of annoyance and complaints.

Please note that we don't have brochures to send out. It's all on the website but if you need any further information, please feel free to give us a call.
